1.Do your bracelets/necklaces fit all wrist/neck sizes?

  • Our bracelets and necklaces are available in different sizes and some styles are adjustable to fit different wrist/neck sizes. Please check the sizing instructions on each product page to make sure you choose the right style for you.

2.How do I measure my wrist to make sure the bracelet fits?

  • You can use a soft ruler to measure the thinnest part of your wrist and add 1-2cm to the base size to ensure a comfortable fit. If you don't have a soft ruler, you can also wrap a note 💷 or strip of paper around your wrist and measure the length with a ruler or (rangefinder app in your iPhone). Our product page provides a size guide, or you can leave your information on the about Size page and our team will help you choose the right size.

3.If the bracelet is too big or too small, can I adjust it?

  • Some styles can be adjusted slightly, but rattan wood is relatively strong and it is not recommended to bend it too much to avoid damage. If you need a specific size, we recommend contacting customer service for customisation or exchange.

4.Do you accept customised models or personalised engraving service?

  • Currently, we offer some customised styles, including special sizes, specific gemstone matching and personalised engraving service. Please contact customer service for customisation and we will do our best to meet your needs.

📦 Orders and Delivery

1.Do you offer worldwide delivery? How long does it take to deliver within the UK?

  • Yes, we support worldwide delivery!

              Within the UK: 3-4 working days for standard delivery

              Europe: about 5-7 working days.

              USA & other areas: 7-14 working days, depending on logistics.

2. Is there free delivery? How much can I get free shipping?

  • Yes, shipping is free for orders over £50 within the UK, and free shipping is also available for international orders over £80. The exact amount of free shipping can be found on the checkout page.

3.How do I track my order?

  • After dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number, which you can use to check the latest status on our order tracking page or logistics website.

4.What if my parcel is lost or damaged?

  • Please rest assured that all of our orders include logistics insurance, in case of loss or damage, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the parcel, we will assist in the process as soon as possible and provide a replacement or refund service.

1.If I am not satisfied, can I return or exchange the product?

  • Yes, we offer 30 days hassle-free return and exchange. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product (you need to ensure that the product is not used and the packaging is intact).

2.What is the return policy? How long does it take to get a refund? 

  • Returns need to be submitted within 30 days of receipt of goods.
  • After returning the item, we will process the refund within 3-5 working days, and the refund will be returned to your payment method.

3.My bracelet/necklace is damaged, do you offer a warranty or repair service?

  • We provide 6 months warranty, if the bracelet is broken or the parts are loose due to non-human damage, please contact us and we will provide free repair or replacement service.

1.What materials are our bracelets made of? 

  • Our bracelets are mainly made of natural chicken blood vine and adamantine vine with energy stones (e.g. obsidian, amethyst, etc.) to maintain the natural energy and unique beauty. All materials are environmentally friendly and sustainably harvested.

2.Is the wooden bracelet waterproof? Can I wear it for bathing or swimming?

  • Although our bracelets are treated with a basic waterproof treatment, prolonged contact with water (e.g. swimming, bathing) is not recommended. It is recommended to avoid immersion to keep the wood in the best condition.

3.Are your products friendly to sensitive skin? (Does it contain metallic nickel or other substances that may cause allergies)

  • Yes, our wooden bracelets and necklaces are nickel and lead free and are suitable for most sensitive skin. If you have a history of specific allergies, it is recommended to test them first for a short period of time.

4.Does the Garcinia wood bracelet change colour? How to care for it to keep it in the best condition?

  • Chicken blood rattan and adamantine rattan bracelets will darken slightly over time, which is a characteristic of the natural material. Suggestions Avoid exposure to sunlight, stay away from chemicals (e.g. perfumes, detergents) and gently rub with olive oil or coconut oil regularly to maintain the lustre and texture of the wood.
